a.       We do not sell, rent, exchange, or publicize any personal information, including specific information about your accounts or other identifiable information to any third party group.

b.      You authorize Goqoo Online Entertainment Limited to use your non-specific information to generate statistics on general user activity, including transaction patterns; however, these initiatives will never include any personal identifiable information without users’ consent.

c.       You allow Goqoo Online Entertainment Limited to publicize your personal information under situations which are listed below:

1)      Request from the government agencies/ law enforcement; or

2)      To protect the property and rights of Goqoo Online Entertainment limited; or

3)      To protect the safety of CaraQ members and public in some emergency cases, such as criminal acts etc.

ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

When you register as a CaraQ member, you will need to provide an ID name and a set of password. Once you have set up your ID name, it can not be changed; however, you are able to change your password as you need it. Please be aware that Goqoo Online Entertainment Limited will not ask for your password under any circumstance. You are responsible for your own ID name and password, and you agree not to pass your password or ID name to other people. If you found any illegal access to your account, please notify us immediately. Goqoo Online Entertainment Limited is not responsible for any loss according to your negligence.
